About the University: – Raffles University has been established as per section 2 (f) of UGC Act is a multi discipline university providing a very good environment for education. The financial & sponsoring body of Raffles University is Gomber Education Foundation, a voluntary, non-profit making, non-sectarian charitable organisation registered under Indian Trust Act, 1882. It situated in NCR region, at Neemrana on New Delhi-Jaipur National Highway No. 8. The university provides a platform and environment for open discussions and interaction between the faculty and students, and designed to ignite and serve the urge to explore and learn beyond boundaries.

The diversity of courses enables the students to discover nurture and expand their individual talents, thus skills and interest so that they emerge as leader and path breakers.

Campus: – The school of Law is governed in a complete separate building apart from the Management building and Engineering building. The physical and technological infrastructure is already functional on a sprawling 49.24 Acres campus set in a serene environment. It is a residential university.

As for the boys and girls hostel facility, there are two three storey building consisting single room accommodation for students.

Further, for the food facilities there is mess available and quality of food is good enough.

Library: – The most precious asset for any law school would be its Library. VKG Memorial library of the university is primarily meant for students, researchers and faculty and staff. It is housed in double storied with a carpet area of 588 Sq. Mtr. It is located in building in School of Law. There are books Journals as well as magazines are available.

As for the e-resources, there are subscriptions of Westlaw India, Manupatra, ASME (American Society for Mechanical Engineers), EBSCO (Business Source Elite Journal), McGraw Hill Access Engineering. The library has membership of DELNET for resources sharing and inter library loan.

Academics: – The university offered courses regarding law, management, engineering, basic and applied science. For the courses regarding law there are B.A.L.L.B., B.B.A.L.L.B. (5 years integrated course), LLM, Ph.D. in law, PG Diploma courses.

For the management, course offered are BBA, B.Com, MBA (General), MBA (Executive), M.Com, Ph.D. in management.

For the engineering purpose, the courses offered are normal B.Tech courses, B.Tech+M.Tech (Dual Dergree), B.Tech+MBA, Ph.D. in computer science.

For the basic and applied science the courses offered are B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry), Ph.D. (Chemistry, Zoology, Mathematics).  

Hostels: – The University provides separate and independent halls of residence for boys and girls. The boy’s hostel has two blocks and both the blocks are four storied building suitably spread out for light and ventilation situated on the North West corner of the campus. Whereas the girl’s hostel is having a single block which is a four storied building situated almost centrally opposite the dining hall for convenient movements of girls students. The hostels provide well lit and single room facility with a choice of air conditioning for those who desire. The rooms are well spaced out for easy movements and for general supervision.

Hostel is mandatory for law students.
