Centre to consider the establishment of separate High Court in NorthWest

The central government can comply with the old demand for a separate court from the Allahabad High Court in the northwest. On Sunday Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said the government was considering it. The Ministry of Justice regarding the establishment of a High Court in Agra and the central government is considering this. Rijiju said that if all goes well, the establishment of the separate bench of Allahabad High Court in Agra will soon be approved.

The Ministry has also invited the High Court establishment Sangharsh Samiti to Delhi for talks. Rijiju said the Union Minister of State for Law and local MP S. Talks were also held with P. Singh Baghel, who said that Agra was his constituency. Given the geographic location of the state, the establishment of a  High Court Chamber in Agra is practically justified. A memorandum with Justice Jaswant Singh Commission was also introduced to Union Minister Rijiju, who attended the MP sporting event on Agra College field.

West Uttar Pradesh, including Meerut, Agra, has long had a demand for the creation of a separate  High Court bench. This issue has been raised in all general and parliamentary elections, but so far it has not been sealed. In such a situation, it will be like meeting a great demand. In this case, the BJP could also achieve great electoral successes in the west of Uttar Pradesh. Western UP people have to go a long way to get justice from the High Court. In such a situation, the demand for the establishment of the High Court bench in the west of the UP is genuine and must be established.
