Cow should be declared national animal and is protection be made a fundamental right- Allahabad HC

Recognizing that cow should be declared a national animal and its protection should be a fundamental right of Hindus, the High Court of Allahabad denied bail to Javed, who was accused of slaughtering a cow.

“We know that when the culture and faith of a country are because of the importance of cow, have made many decisions keeping in mind the protection, promotion, and faith of the people, and Parliament and the Legislature have also made several new rules with time to protect the cows.

The country will be safe, only if there is the welfare of the cows, and only then, there will be the welfare of the country.

The government should also introduce a bill in Parliament and declare the cow as a national animal and make strict laws against cattle rustlers.

India is the only country in the world, where people of different religions live, who may worship differently, but their ideas and thinking are the same for the country and they respect each other’s culture and religion.
