About the Internship :
ACCTPRO Advisory Services LLP is inviting applications for a Legal & Compliance Intern on behalf of a leading life insurance company for a three-month opportunity in Bengaluru.
Eligibility :
(i) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either pursuing or recently completed
(ii) LL.B. preferred
(iii) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
(iv) Good written and verbal communication skills
(v) Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(vi) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities:
(i) Support legal and compliance documentation and databases
(ii) Assist with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities
(iii) Support the review and tracking of contracts, NDAs and agreements
(iv) Track contract approvals, renewals and documentation
(v) Assist with regulatory monitoring and compliance updates
(vi) Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal & Compliance team
Duration : 3 months
