About the Internship :
Advocate Ashfaq Khan is inviting applications for the Internship Opportunity at Gwalior Office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely on ongoing matters and gain practical insights into litigation and legal practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
(v) Preference will be given to students with a genuine interest in litigation and white collar crime
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and case preparation.
(ii) Draft legal documents and pleadings
(iii) Attend court proceedings and hearings
(iv)Conducting legal research and preparing daily case notes.
(v) Tracking compliance issues and monitoring upcoming legal developments.
(vi) Assisting the associate in ongoing litigation matters.
