About the Internship :
There is opening for interns in the Advocate Sumit Singh Thakur’s Chamber who would be learning how to draft pleadings, make Court appearances & prepare case notes.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
(v) Students having an interest in Criminal laws, Civil and Family matters.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
Duration : 1 Months minimum
