About the Internship :
Ajit Kakkar & Associates is inviting applications from Final Year Law Students and recent Law Graduates for a 6-month litigation internship at our office in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Good legal research and drafting skills will be preferred.
(v) Genuine interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Assist in legal research and drafting of writ petitions, original applications, replies, rejoinders, legal notices, and other pleadings.
(vii) Develop practical understanding of litigation strategy, court procedure, case preparation, and file management.
Duration : Minimum 6 Month
