About the Internship :
AMD Law India is now accepting applications from law students for its educational Internship Program for the months of September 2026.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Must be comfortable committing to a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara for the complete monthly tenure.
Responsibilities:
(i) Corporate Law & Contracts: Assisting with corporate research, contract drafting and review of legal agreements.
(ii) Intellectual Property (IP) Research: Analysis of IP laws, IP search and statutory frameworks.
(iii) Content Creation & Strategy: Building legal concepts and developments into structured content.
(iv) Legal Assistance & Admin Work: Supporting day-to-day administrative functions and operational legal tasks.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
