About the Internship :
Antique Partners is inviting applications for the legal research internship remotely for the duration of 1-3 months. We are looking to onboard a driven, detail-oriented legal intern with a strong interest in legal research across Indian and U.S. law.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Basic understanding of court procedure
(vi) Individuals possessing good communication, legal research, and drafting skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Litigation, with hands-on exposure to drafting, research, court filings, and case preparation.
(vi) Familiarity with court filing procedures and administration
