About the Internship :
Ardent Privacy Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its Legal & Data Privacy team in Pune. The internship offers practical exposure to Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Technology Law, contracts, privacy compliance, and regulatory work.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• An interest in Data Privacy and Technology Law, along with strong research, drafting, and communication skills, is required.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on various topics
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• Interns will work on Data Privacy and Cybersecurity legal research, Technology contracts, NDAs and other agreements, privacy compliance and regulatory tracking, and legal documentation, tenders and compliance support.
Duration : Minimum 6 months
