About the Internship :
Atarya Partners is inviting applications for Legal Internships for August, and September 2026 at its New Delhi office. The internship offers practical exposure to litigation through legal research, drafting, case preparation, and court proceedings.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Assisting with real estate due diligence, legal research and drafting of documents.
(v) Candidates who are available to join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Assist in case preparation and strategy discussions.
(iii) Attend and assist during court proceedings.
(iv) Undertake regular court visits as part of the internship.
Duration : Minimum 3 Months.
