About the Internship :
Blueprint Legal is hiring Associates and Assessment Interns for its corporate and transactional practice. The roles are suited for candidates interested in corporate, commercial, and advisory work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Candidates with relevant prior work experience in corporate/commercial legal work
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
(iv) Assisting in corporate and commercial advisory work
(v) Supporting day-to-day legal operations
(vi) Assisting with contracts and compliance work
(vii) Hands-on drafting and legal research work
Duration : Minimum 1 Months
