About the Internship :
Brewkspace is expanding its legal team with a strong focus on real estate and transactional work, offering hands-on exposure to property-related legal matters and documentation.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Recent LL.B. graduates with interest in real estate law
(iii) Exceptional legal drafting skills with a keen eye for formatting and precision.
(iv) Proficiency in legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
(v) A proactive mindset, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a high level of professional discretion.
Responsibilities:
(i) Scrutinize legal reports and documents
(ii) Conduct due diligence of property documents
(iii) Perform property searches / EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
(iv) Coordinate with panel advocates
(v) Vet original title documents
(vi) Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
(vii) Maintain MIS and legal records
Duration : Minimum 3 months
