About the Internship :
Chakr Innovation is hiring a Legal Intern to join its legal team and gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations, compliance, and regulatory matters in a fast-growing startup environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic understanding of corporate law, contract drafting, and compliance
(iii) Good command over legal drafting, documentation, and research
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Interest in ESG/cleantech sector is an advantage
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing legal agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts
(ii) Support compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013
(iii) Conduct legal research on cleantech policies, IP protection, and labour laws
(iv) Coordinate with external counsel and track legal timelines
