About the Internship :
Applications are invited for a One-Month Legal Internship Programme (July 2026 Batch) at the Chamber of Advocate Vishal Singh, Supreme Court of India. The internship is available in both virtual and physical modes and is designed for students interested in litigation and allied areas of law.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Strong interest in litigation and court practice
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Client coordination and case management
Duration : Minimum 1 months
