About the Internship :
The Chambers of Anand Kumar is inviting applications for Legal Intern positions from law students who are keen to develop practical legal skills and gain meaningful professional exposure through hands-on involvement in legal assignments.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Strong legal research and writing skills.
(vi) Candidates with a strong interest in litigation, legal research, and practical legal training.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 4 weeks
