About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Junior Advocates and Interns at Chambers of Milind Mohul Ghosh, Kolkata for the year 2026. 3 Chamber Juniors; Interns on a rolling basis.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Applicant for Chamber Juniors should be already enrolled with the Bar and should preferably have 1+ year of experience.
(v) Interns should be in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course, or the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Assist in case preparation and strategy discussions.
(iii) Attend and assist during court proceedings.
(iv) Undertake regular court visits as part of the internship.
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
