About the Internship :
We are pleased to invite applications for a 1-month legal internship at Chaubey & Company, commencing from 1st September 2026. This internship is aimed at providing practical, hands-on exposure to students interested in litigation, dispute resolution, and core legal drafting. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with the team and gain insight into real-time legal proceedings and professional practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year are strongly encouraged to apply
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong legal research skills
(v) Basic drafting and research skills.
(vi) Strong interest in litigation and court practice
Responsibilities:
(i) Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
(ii) Assisting in drafting legal documents, applications, and correspondence.
(iii) Supporting compliance, trademark, and regulatory filings.
(iv) Court work and appearances at Delhi High Court, Saket District Court, etc.
(v) Drafting of plaints, replies, applications, and legal notices.
(vi) Legal research, case briefing, and client counseling.
(vii) Exposure to Civil, Criminal, and Family matters.
