About the Internship :
CnC Associates is inviting applications for a Legal Intern / Fresh Law Graduate role specializing in Taxation and GST Litigation. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to tax litigation and advisory work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Eagerness to learn in a litigation-focused environment
(v) Interest in taxation laws
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Gain exposure to litigation strategy and court proceedings
(iv) Support client advisory and compliance-related work
(v) Assist in drafting, legal research, and case preparation for tax and GST matters
