About the Internship :
Dubey Partners is currently recruiting young lawyers and long-term Assessment Interns for its team. The organisation is seeking applications from aspiring legal professionals and candidates interested in long-term assessment internships.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Possess good communication and drafting skills
(v) Have basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
