About the Internship :
Eka Legal LLP is seeking interns to join remote internship for a period of 6 months. Applications are rolling. Selected interns will gain hands-on exposure, mentorship, and practical experience while working on real corporate and legal projects.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Excellent research skills having sound knowledge of major legal search engines such as Manupatra, SCC, etc.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Providing required assistance in drafting of plaints/suits/petitions/appeals & various applications
(iv) Conducting legal research on statutory and regulatory matters
(v) Assisting in drafting commercial applications
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
