About the Internship :
Elixir Legal, a law firm specializing in 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐬, is inviting applications from motivated and committed law students for the position of 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧. The internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to indirect tax litigation, advisory, and commercial legal practice while working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong interest in Corporate Law
(v) Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
Duration : Minimum 2 Month
