About the Internship :
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is inviting applications for a 6-month Paid Assessment Internship at its Mumbai office. This opportunity is ideal for law students seeking hands-on experience in a professional law firm environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Ability to read and speak Marathi
(v) Familiarity with court procedures and filings
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research and drafting
(ii) Court appearances and briefing
(iii) Preparation of case notes, compilations, and written submissions
(iv) Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
(v) Client coordination and case management
Duration : Minimum 2 months
