About the Internship :
Hey EV is inviting applications for the role of Legal Intern (Investment), offering hands-on exposure to investment and corporate legal work.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Good analytical and research skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Review and summarise investment documents (agreements, term sheets, fund papers)
(ii) Identify key clauses, risks, and legal implications
(iii) Assist in legal research and documentation
(iv) Support day-to-day legal activities
Duration : Minimum 2 months
