About the Internship :
IPQUAD Partners is inviting applications for Patent Paralegal Intern and Full-Time opportunities in Noida for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience. IPQUAD Partners is looking for a Patent Paralegal to join its team, with opportunities available on both an internship and full-time basis. The role offers candidates an opportunity to work in the Intellectual Property domain, gain practical exposure to patent processes, and learn from experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Strong interest in legal research and drafting.
• Applicants should be curious about Patent law and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on Patent law
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Improving legal writing and editing skills
• Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions, notices, replies and other documents.
Duration : Minimum 6 months to 1 year.
