About the Internship :
JR Law Firm is seeking motivated Legal Interns with a strong interest in non-litigation practice. The internship offers hands-on experience in property due diligence, title verification, legal drafting, and litigation support, enabling candidates to develop practical legal skills in a professional environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Strong legal research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Prepare Title Search Reports.
(ii) Draft Vetting Reports, Agreements, and Deeds.
(iii) Conduct property due diligence.
(iv) Verify title documents, revenue records, and statutory approvals.
(v) Assist in non-litigation legal matters and documentation.
(vi) Provide support in court proceedings and litigation-related work.
(vii) Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.
Duration : Minimum 4 weeks
