Internship Opportunity at Justice M.M. Sundresh’s Office, Supreme Court, Delhi 

About the Internship :
The Office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge of the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications from eligible law students for judicial internships in December 2026.

Eligibility :
(i) Law students with a strong interest in corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation law
(ii) Good research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good written and verbal communication skills
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
(v) Applicants should have a keen interest in litigation.

Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates

Duration : Minimum 1 months
