About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at M A G Legal Associates, Maharashtra for the year 2026. The firm invites applications for offline internship and professional engagement providing hands-on experience in litigation and non-litigation drafting, court appearances and procedural work across Maharashtra, legal research, client coordination, case management, and exposure to a wide range of civil, criminal, and special statutes matters.
Eligibility :
(i) BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB (Final Year or Fresh Graduates)
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong legal research skills
(v) Excellent drafting and communication skills
(vi) Strong interest in litigation and court practice
Responsibilities:
(i) Litigation and non-litigation drafting
(ii) Court appearances and procedural work across Maharashtra
(iii) Legal research, client coordination, and case management
(iv) Exposure to property, revenue, civil, criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and financial matters
(v) Practical exposure to matters under BNS, NDPS Act, POCSO Act, MCOCA, Negotiable Instruments Act, and other special statutes
(vi) E-filing, digital court procedures, and office practice
Duration : Minimum 1 Months.
