About the Internship :
M.C. Kochhar & Associates is hiring Legal Interns for the months of July, August and September 2026. Join our litigation team for an internship experience focused on civil, criminal, commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
