About the Internship :
Mahendra Gargieya & Associates is inviting applications for an offline internship during November 2026. The internship will focus on Direct Tax and related legal research and litigation work.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with a State Bar Council.
(ii) Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills.
(iii) Sound understanding of criminal procedure, including BNSS, BNS and BSA.
(iv) Attention to detail, professional integrity and respect for client confidentiality.
(v) Ability to work independently, collaborate with the team and meet deadlines.
(vi) Relevant litigation experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
(i) Interns will receive practical exposure to Income Tax Law and Tax Litigation.
(ii) The work may include legal research, analysis of judicial precedents, preparation of case briefs, drafting of written submissions and other litigation documents, and assistance in ongoing taxation matters.
Duration : Minimum 1 months
