About the Internship :
Muliya Associates – Attorneys & Legal Advisors is inviting applications from law students for an internship opportunity with our firm. The internship offers students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation and legal practice, including legal research, drafting, case preparation, court proceedings, client interaction and assisting advocates on ongoing matters. We welcome applications from students who are enthusiastic, hardworking, eager to learn and genuinely interested in developing their legal skills.
Eligibility :
(i) Be law students in the third year or above or recent law graduates.
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv)Strong research and writing skills.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
