About the Internship :
NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for Assessment Internship positions at our New Delhi office. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic legal environment, with exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Prior knowledge of, or internship experience in, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
Duration : Minimum 3 Months
