About the Internship :
Nivaaran Law is inviting internship applications from law students who are genuinely interested in understanding the nuances of litigation. This opportunity is ideal for those keen to move beyond textbooks and gain first-hand exposure to live matters, court procedures, drafting, and litigation strategy.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Strong legal drafting and research skills
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
Duration : 1 Months minimum
