About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST) for the year 2026. Noida Legal Service Trust (NLST) is a non-profit organisation founded by Mr. & Mrs Awana with the vision of making justice accessible for all. We are committed to providing free legal aid, spreading legal awareness, and supporting the underprivileged who are often denied their basic rights.
Eligibility :
(i) Individuals willing to learn, research, and contribute
(ii) Final Year Law Students (5th year of a 5-year course / 3rd year of a 3-year course)
(iii) Strong research and drafting skills and Serious inclination towards litigation practice
(iv) Proficiency in MS Word, along with strong communication and discipline
(v) Prior substantive internship experience (court/chamber/law firm)
(vi) Sound understanding of basic legal concepts and ability to apply them
(vii) Willingness to take responsibility, follow instructions carefully, and work rigorously
Responsibilities:
(i) Legal research on complex questions of law
(ii) Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse areas of law.
(iii) Case law analysis and preparation of briefs
(iv) Exposure to court proceedings and litigation strategy.
(v) Tracking recent judgments and legislative updates.
(vi) Assisting the team with clerical and administrative legal tasks as required.
(vii) Assisting in the preparation of case briefs, research notes, and legal memos.
