About the Internship :
NS Consulting offers a structured internship program aimed at providing law students with discipline, mentorship, and practical exposure in a professional legal environment. Applications are invited for the position of Law Intern. Selected interns will work on legal research, drafting, and assist in real legal matters under experienced professionals.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Basic knowledge of drafting Miscellaneous Applications
(iii) Familiarity with drafting Writ Petitions, Civil Recovery Suits, etc.
(iv) Good communication and drafting abilities
(v) Strong analytical and legal research skills
(vi) Law students with a serious interest in litigation
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
