About the Internship :
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Intern at the office of Abhinav Singh, Delhi of High Court for July 2026.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Basic understanding of court procedure
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Assisting in drafting of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, replies, and other pleadings
(vi) Assisting in court proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court and other forums
Duration : Minimum 1 Months
