About the Internship :
The office of Mr. Parijat Kishore, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India is looking to engage 2 Legal Interns for the month of June 2026. The work profile will include assistance in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, along with exposure to service matters, arbitration proceedings, and criminal litigation. Interns will also be involved in basic drafting, legal research, and case preparation.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
