About the Internship :
Outofcourt.in invites applications for its 4-week Mediation Internship for law students interested in understanding how dispute resolution is evolving in India. It is not lecture-based – interns learn through research, observation, and active engagement with mediation as it functions in practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in ADR.
Responsibilities:
(i) Researching mediation and ADR concepts
(ii) Studying legal frameworks, case laws, and real scenarios
(iii) Observing how mediation connects with courts and dispute resolution systems
(iv) Reflecting on their learning through structured outputs
