About the Internship :
The Law office of Ashwin Kumar is inviting applications for legal internships for a duration of two months. This opportunity is best suited to gain practical Experience in Environmental Advisory and Litigation. Interns will be expected to work on case filings, drafting, research work, Note taking, and visiting courts with the matters before the High Court and NGT.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Candidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Law graduate (LLB) or Final-year student interested in Environmental Law
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) Assist in legal research and analysis
(v) Work closely with the team on ongoing matters across practice areas
(vi) Candidates interested in working on diverse and high-quality legal matters
Duration : Minimum 2 months
