About the Internship :
Quartz Legal Associates is inviting applications from law students for an on-site internship at its Delhi office. The internship offers practical exposure in legal drafting and research across multiple areas of law. Interns may work closely with the team on active matters and gain hands-on experience while developing practical legal skills.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Excellent research skills having sound knowledge of major legal search engines such as Manupatra, SCC, etc.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Assisting in writ drafting and legal applications
(iii) Providing required assistance in drafting of plaints/suits/petitions/appeals & various applications
(iv) Conducting legal research on statutory and regulatory matters
(v) Assisting in drafting commercial applications
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
