Internship Opportunity at Rubik’s Legal Solutions LLP, Dehradun

About the Internship :
Rubik’s Legal Solutions LLP is now accepting applications for physical internships for Dehradun Office, during the months of June and July 2026. Interns will work directly with the partners on active matters, gaining a firsthand understanding of how legal strategy is applied to solve complex operational challenges.

Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Strong Research & Communication Skills
(iii) A strong interest in legal research and writing
(iv) This program is designed for law students who seek practical exposure to the intersections of corporate law, tax litigation, and business/ financial modeling.

Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required

Duration : 2 Months minimum
