About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Sabharwal & Associates, New Delhi for Sept 2026. Legal Internship for the month of September 2026 at Sabharwal & Associates, offering exposure to practical court work and associated legal practices.
Eligibility :
(i) BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB (Final Year or Fresh Graduates)
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong legal research skills
(v) Basic drafting and research skills.
(vi) Strong interest in litigation and court practice
Responsibilities:
(i) Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
(ii) Assisting in drafting legal documents, applications, and correspondence.
(iii) Supporting compliance, trademark, and regulatory filings.
(iv) Court work and appearances at Delhi High Court, Saket District Court, etc.
(v) Drafting of plaints, replies, applications, and legal notices.
(vi) Legal research, case briefing, and client counseling.
(vii) Exposure to Civil, Criminal, and Family matters.
