About the Internship :
Satyraksha Advocates & Attorneys is a litigation-focused law office based in Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi, with a primary practice in civil and commercial litigation. Candidates should possess good legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in civil and commercial litigation. The selected intern will assist in legal research, drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
(ii) Support the legal team in preparing for court hearings and client meetings.
(iii) Maintain and organise legal files and documents.
(iv) Communicate effectively with clients and external parties.
(v) Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the legal team.
Duration : Minimum 2 Months
