About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at Settlementofloan, Gurugram for the year 2026.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
(iv) Good English Writing Skills and communication skills.
(v) Familiarity with legal databases and basic procedures
(vi) Good communication and analytical abilities
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) matters
(iii) Loan settlement & restructuring cases
(iv) Legal drafting (notices, replies, applications)
(v) Client interaction and case handling
(vi) Attending Court hearings whenever required.
