About the Internship :
Sigma Chambers is looking for driven final-year law students to join their Corporate Advisory & Transactions team with a focus on technology and deep tech. If you’re the kind of student who reads about DGCA regulations or SEBI frameworks for fun, we want to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Demonstrated interest in technology, deep tech, or related advisory work: show us your moot memorials, writing samples, research, or prior work
Responsibilities:
(i) Interns here do real work on live transactions, regulatory matters and client-facing deliverables.
(ii) Conducting legal research
(iii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Duration : 1 Months minimum
