About the Internship :
The MRS Group is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern (Advocate). This internship offers practical exposure to corporate legal work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Strong drafting and documentation skills
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication
(v) Strong interest in civil procedure, commercial law.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal research and documentation
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Support drafting of contracts and agreements
