About the Internship :
The office is looking for law students/interns who can assist with legal research, drafting, and entering appearances before courts and authorities in Delhi. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in courts situated in Delhi
Eligibility :
(i) Law students currently in their 4th or 5th year are strongly encouraged to apply
(ii) Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
(iii) Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(iv) Strong legal research skills
(v) Basic drafting and research skills.
(vi) Strong interest in litigation and court practice
Responsibilities:
(i) Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
(ii) Assisting in drafting legal documents, applications, and correspondence.
(iii) Supporting compliance, trademark, and regulatory filings.
(iv) Gain practical legal experience
(v) Drafting of plaints, replies, applications, and legal notices.
(vi) Legal research, case briefing, and client counseling.
(vii) Applicants should be conversant with MS Word.
