About the Internship :
The office of Advocate-on-Record Mr. Ritwik Parikh is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for motivated law students seeking practical exposure in litigation, legal research, and drafting-related work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Preferably Final Year Law students (Penultimate Year students can also apply).
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
