About the Internship :
Treelife has opened up applications for internships with them for their transactions team at their office in Mumbai.
Eligibility :
(i) Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program from a recognized university.
(ii) Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
(iii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iv) Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
Duration : Minimum 2 months
