About the Internship :
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Intern for a 6-month internship at U Harvest. The internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience by working on legal research, drafting, compliance, and contract-related matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
(iii) Drafting assistance for petitions, replies, applications, and legal opinions
(iv) Strong written and verbal communication skills
(v) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documents
(ii) Handling real legal tasks with minimal supervision
(iii) Gain exposure to litigation strategy and court proceedings
(iv) Support client advisory and compliance-related work
(v) Support in reviewing contracts and agreements
(vi) Assisting in client interactions and advocacy strategy
(vii) Conducting legal research and case law analysis
Duration : 6 months
